Staff see their own branch only; admin picks the branch in the top right. Includes guests due to check out today. When a reservation has several rooms in house, Check Out asks which ones to hand back; receipt amounts stay unchanged. Switch the Departures Filter next to the heading to Departures to see the check-outs of the last 24 hours and put a mistaken one back with Undo Check Out; after a day the list clears itself. Right after a check-out this page also offers Undo.

Printing Layout
Each branch can use its own paper orientation and number of receipt copies. Pick a branch, choose how its A5 receipt paper is fed and how many copies one receipt prints, then Save. The receipt keeps the same size and content; the copies print in one job.
Print immediately goes straight to the printer when the desk opens Receipt Book with the desk shortcut (open-desk.bat). In an ordinary browser window Windows still shows its print window. WhatsApp receipts are always one copy.

Export Data
Download the selected data set as JSON (full backup) or CSV (opens in Excel / Google Sheets), or the whole database as a .sql file (companies, users, rooms, guests, sales, settings — ready to load into MySQL/SQLite on your own hosting). Keep the files safe — JSON/CSV can be imported again later.
Import Data
Pick the data set above, then press "Download demo file" to get a CSV template for that data set, fill your rows into it (delete the sample rows), then choose that file and press Import. A JSON or CSV exported from this system also works. Comma-, semicolon- and tab-separated files all load, and header names are matched flexibly ("Room No" = "roomNo"). Guest rows whose No. already exists are skipped; rows without a No. get the next No. and receipt number.
This page keeps every leave request this account has filed, so the answer can be followed where it was asked. Press Apply New Leave to open the paper the hotel uses: the Employee Name comes from the staff record attached to your own login, and the boxes under it fill themselves off that card - you can only apply for yourself. Tick the kind, give the first day, and the last day and the count follow. The people this branch named as approvers on the HR Setting page get an email the moment it is filed, and the request waits there for their decision. Whoever is allowed to decide leave can always file without notice, so a sudden illness still gets in today - a manager can key a form in for somebody else on HR > Leave Management. That same right draws the Leave Waiting for Approval board above this list: each row carries the signature box it has reached, Approve All Waiting answers every row on it in the paper's order, and a request this login filed itself can be deleted from its own row.
Key in every sum a staff member took during the month - one row each, so the book shows who took what and when. The Advance box on New Entry fills itself in from this book, so the month's total is not typed twice; typing a figure into that box still stands on its own. Pick the Payment Method - Cash or Bank Transfer - then press Sync on the row to file that advance in the Monthly Sales Record expenses. It opens the matching Expenses page, and pressing Re-sync later only brings the same expense line up to date - it never pays the advance twice.
New Entry
Pick the staff member and the card fills in the IC, position, pay, the S&P/H rate and the two statutory amounts, while the unpaid and annual leave days come off the leave book for that month and the Advance box comes off the Advance tab. Basic Working Days (Month), Total Working Days and Basic OT Hours are not on the card - key them in fresh for every month. The three money boxes work themselves out: Basic OT Total = Basic OT Hours x Basic OT Per Hour, S&P/H OT Total = S&P/H Hours x its pay per hour, and Total OT Amount = those two totals plus the Allowance. A day of unpaid leave is charged at Basic Salary / Basic Working Days (Month), falling back to Total Working Days when that box is blank, so the Deduction box fills itself in. Type over any box for this month only.
The two shaded boxes are the month's answers: Total Income = Basic Salary + Basic OT Total + S&P/H OT Total + Allowance, and Net Pay = Total Income - Advance - Deduction - EPF - PERKESO.
Once the entry is saved these figures belong to that month: changing the staff card later cannot move it, and the next entry you file follows the new card.

Each box reads taken / entitled with the balance underneath. The entitlement comes from the staff record, so change it there; maternity is 98 days and paternity 7 days by the Malaysian rule.
Leave Management
Leave type key: AL Annual · UL Unpaid · MC Sick · EL Emergency · MAT Maternity · PAT Paternity · REP Replacement. One box is one day that person was away, and the letters inside the box name the kind of leave. The figure on the right of a line counts the days in that month; the bottom line counts how many staff were away on that day. A pale box is a request still waiting for a decision.
Leave Management Laster
Every day of leave each person took, month by month, as on the paper sheet: four lines per person (AL, UL, MC, EL), each line totalling itself, then a This Column Calculation Without AL line whose twelve boxes add every kind except AL, whose WITHOUT AL box is that row totalled and whose TOTAL box is the person's whole year across every kind. The green ALL STAFF TOTAL line at the bottom adds everyone on the sheet the same two ways. Only approved leave is counted here - a request still waiting shows on the Leave Management calendar, not in the register.

The sheet fills itself from the HR New Entry keyed for the month on the bar: Total Working Days, Unpaid, AL, the OT hours and rates (the entry's Basic OT Hours and Basic OT Per Hour become OT Hr and OT Rate, and its S&P/H hours and rate fill the Sunday lines), Basic, Allowance, Advance and the Deduction it already priced against Basic Working Days. MC comes from the approved leave of the month, and Basic Hr / Pay/Hr come off the staff card. A month with no entry falls back to Unpaid x (Basic / Total Working Days), so RM 1,700 over 26 days is RM 65.38 a day, and a blank Total Working Days box is the plain 26. Total Amt = Basic + Allowance + OT + S&P. Nett takes out Advance, Deduction, EPF and PERKESO. OT and S&P are hours x rate. EPF / PERKESO use the fixed monthly amount on the card when it has one, otherwise the branch percentages. Type over any of them to keep what was actually paid: once a month is saved, opening it again shows the amounts that were saved, and a change to the card or the rate table never moves an old record.

These three lists are what the Leave Apply page and the staff cards are built out of, and every one of them belongs to the branch picked at the top of the page.

Notice (days)

The code is the short mark written in every day box of the Leave Management calendar and on the Laster, so keep it to two or three letters. A branch that has never been set up here starts with the seven kinds the book knows: AL, MC, EL, MAT, PAT, UL and REP. Renaming or re-coding one changes what the desk sees; deleting one leaves the applications already filed under it exactly as they were.
Notice (days) is how far ahead an applicant has to ask for that kind of leave. Annual and Medical start at 7 and the rest at 3; key what your own hotel expects. A 0 means the day itself is allowed - no warning needed. Whoever is allowed to decide leave (and a supervisor with the Leave special permission) can always file without notice, so an MC this afternoon still gets in. Leave Apply shows the figure on its Notice box, and the server refuses an application that breaks it.
Supporting document is the paper that has to come with that kind of leave - the doctor's slip under an MC, the letter under a compassionate day. Tick it and the form will not file the application until a PDF or a photo is attached; leave it clear and nothing changes from today. It works the same on both forms, the person's own Leave Application and a manager's HR > Leave Management, and it belongs to this branch alone - another branch's tick does not reach these forms. A file already attached can be opened, replaced or removed from the row; deleting the application takes its file off the server with it.
2. Position Category
Name
Actions
The job titles offered on a staff card and on an HR entry. Nobody is stopped from typing their own if the list has not caught up.
3. Who May Apply for Leave
Tick the staff who are allowed to send in a leave application themselves. The names come off this branch's staff list, so a person added on Staff Info appears here at once. A name left unticked cannot apply: it does not show on the Leave Apply page and the server refuses it, so a supervisor has to key the form in for them. Nothing ticked means nobody at that branch files on their own - only whoever can decide leave, who can always file for somebody else.
4. Leave Approval Users
Tick the accounts that must hear about a leave application - the company owner, HR, an admin, a manager. The list comes straight off the Users page, so an approver is always a person who can already log in to this branch. When staff send an application, every one of them gets an email - and so does every admin of this branch, ticked or not. On a phone, use Save and they will still see it on the Leave page.
